Our Role: Concept, Direction, Video Production
In collaboration with UNESCO and Sahodharan NGO, we crafted a documentary-style film that sheds light on the experiences of LGBTQIA+ learners, especially those from the transgender community, who face bullying, stigma, and exclusion in educational spaces.
The film was designed to inspire dialogue and action among policymakers, child protection and human rights stakeholders, teachers, principals, learners, and national human rights institutions calling for a more inclusive, empathetic, and supportive learning environment for all.
Through authentic storytelling and cinematic visuals, we aimed to humanize data and policy, transforming statistics into lived stories that evoke empathy and drive systemic change. The video stands as a visual call to action, reinforcing the importance of safe and inclusive education as part of UNESCO’s mission toward achieving SDG 4: Quality Education for All.
